Technology you can count on. People you can call.
You don’t have to be a technology expert to know something isn’t working. You feel it in interrupted work, recurring problems, and decisions that seem harder than they should be. What’s often missing is someone who can make sense of it, bring the right people together, and take responsibility for getting it resolved.
That is the work Vantix was built to do.
Our story
For founder Stan Gwin, it has been a lifelong pursuit. Early work with IT and audio systems, continuing through undergraduate and graduate school, led to a career spanning cellular, internet, and telecommunications services. Working between manufacturers, service providers, and customers, he kept returning to one question: how can we make this simpler and more useful for the people depending on it?
That question mattered just as much inside a billion-dollar enterprise. Over nearly a decade, as the organization grew from dozens to hundreds of locations, Stan helped build its IT team from the ground up. Operating as an internal managed service provider, the team built infrastructure, supported multiple businesses, and coordinated the expertise needed to keep operations moving.
When a request for help during a career transition led to the creation of Vantix, that experience became the foundation: understand the business, resolve the underlying problems, and build systems people can depend on.
Repeated fixes, unnecessary purchases, and time spent chasing the wrong solution all affect the bottom line. We take that seriously. Our recommendations start with understanding the problem and directing your investment toward improvements that serve the business over time.
Confidence starts with understanding the problem.
A pharmacy group across the country contacted Vantix to manage its networks across four locations. As we talked, they raised another concern: persistent issues they called “ghosts in the network.” They suspected the wiring and infrastructure, but needed someone they trusted to help determine what was wrong.
They sent photos and videos. We reviewed them together by phone, asked questions, and confirmed their suspicions through a brief, free assessment.
We then coordinated the infrastructure overhaul and took on ongoing network management. During the onsite work, our technician also taught an employee to make Ethernet cables so the team could handle basic needs independently.
Today, their network continues to run well. When they need something, they know whom to call.
The team behind you.
Vantix brings together technology leadership, operations management, engineering support, and field expertise. Each contributes to the work: planning sound systems, coordinating delivery, and making sure the details are handled from design through installation and ongoing support.
Our capabilities include engineering expertise in the cloud-managed network platform we run, along with structured cabling and low-voltage expertise backed by senior people who each bring more than 30 years of experience across networks, security systems, and physical infrastructure. Other technology disciplines round out the capabilities we bring to each engagement.
You work directly with the people leading your engagement, backed by the practical experience and technical depth to address both everyday needs and complex projects.
A relationship that reaches beyond the network.
Infrastructure rebuilds and long-term network management anchor our work. Our ongoing clients also have access to something valuable: experienced advice before a technology decision becomes a costly problem.
They call about equipment purchases, new locations, or difficulties with a specialized vendor. Sometimes they need an answer or an introduction. Sometimes they want us to assemble the right team and manage the solution. We get the vendors and service providers working together, keeping the customer’s needs central and moving the work toward resolution.
For a small business, that means a trusted technical resource within reach. For organizations with broader needs, we provide fractional CIO services and strategic technology planning, along with the technical leadership and logistics coordination to bring new and acquired locations online. From a single-site acquisition to new builds and rollouts across dozens of locations, we coordinate infrastructure, vendors, installation, and readiness so technology supports the expansion from day one.
One location or hundreds, the principle is the same. Understand the people and the work. Put the right tools in the right places, including AI where it saves real time or money. Give the business a dependable foundation and someone responsible for seeing things through.
Our job is to help you invest with confidence, build technology you can depend on, and get back to the business you’re here to run.
