Who we are
"We," "us," and "Vantix" mean Vantix LLC. "You" means anyone who visits this site or contacts us through it. Our site is for businesses.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we get what you send. That is usually your name, email, business name, and what you need help with. It also includes any photos you choose to upload.
Please don't send patient or private information. Don't send patient names, prescriptions, health details, passwords, or other private information through this site or by email. Before you upload a photo, check that it doesn't show labels, screens, or papers with patient or other private details.
Technical data. When you visit, the third-party providers that host our site and run our contact form may record basic technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to you and talk with you about the services you asked about.
- Provide services and support if you become a customer.
- Send you emails about our services.
- Keep our site and systems safe and working.
- Keep business records and follow the law.
Marketing emails
We may email you about our services. Every one of those emails will include an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing emails. We may still email you about services you have with us.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to help run our business, such as companies that host our site, run our contact form, handle our email, and keep our customer records. They get only what they need to do that work for us.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our business, our customers, or others from fraud or harm.
If our business changes
If we merge with another company, are bought, or sell all or part of our business, the information we hold may transfer to the new owner as part of that deal.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as the pages you visit and general information about your device and location. It uses cookies to do this. We never send what you type into our contact form to Google Analytics. We don't use cookies for ads. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Our contact form is run by a third-party provider, and that provider's own policies also apply to it.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it, so our site does not respond to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to provide services, or longer if the law requires it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise it will never be lost or misused.
Children
Our site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records for legal, security, or business reasons. If we do, we will tell you. To ask, email info@vantix.tech. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Our customers' data
This policy covers only this website. When we manage a network for a customer, our signed agreements with that customer cover the data we handle. These include our Master Service Agreement and Service Order.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a big change to how we use information we already have, we will tell you first.
