Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline our service agreement and explain how we work together, as well as what you can expect from Vantix services. They apply to everything we provide through Vantix LLC (“Vantix”) and are connected to every Service Order and Master Service Agreement we sign together.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms — and we’re committed to keeping everything clear, fair, and easy to understand.
1. Using Our Services
Our Vantix services are designed for responsible, lawful business use. Please don’t misuse them or allow anyone to tamper with the systems we manage. We operate best when everyone stays in their lane — and we’re always happy to clarify what’s included in our service agreement and what’s your responsibility.
2. What We Support (and What We Don’t)
We provide support only for the systems and equipment listed specifically in your Service Order. While we strive to keep everything running smoothly, no service is guaranteed to be operational 100% of the time. If maintenance or updates are needed, we’ll notify you whenever possible.
3. What You’re Responsible For
Unless we’ve installed and are managing it, you’re responsible for elements such as your internet service, power supply, internal wiring, and ensuring access to equipment when needed.
If we’re managing equipment that you own, we’ll support it as best we can — but we can’t be held responsible for hardware failures or physical defects. That said, we’ll collaborate with you to recommend options that fit your needs, using tools and services that Vantix supports.
If we’ve provided the equipment, we’ll manage it fully. Just avoid unplugging or modifying settings without consulting with us first — it helps us maintain a stable setup for you.
4. Security and Access
We expect you to keep your access credentials secure. Please don’t share admin access or make changes to configurations we manage without discussing it with us first. If there’s an issue that risks system security or violates applicable law, we may need to pause services until it’s resolved.
5. Billing and Payments
We’ll outline your billing details clearly in each Service Order. Most of our Vantix services are billed monthly and in advance, but we also offer hourly work that may be billed in prepaid blocks or after completion — as agreed. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payments fall behind, we may temporarily pause services.
6. Making Changes
If you need to make changes, we’ll create a new or updated Service Order — simple as that. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at vantix.tech/terms. You can also find the current version of our Master Service Agreement at vantix.tech/msa.
7. Warranties and Limitations
We provide services “as is” and do not offer guarantees regarding performance or suitability for any particular purpose. We’re not responsible for issues caused by factors outside our control — including but not limited to your internet provider, local power outages, customer-owned equipment failures, acts of war, acts of nature, and acts of God.
When we manage customer-owned hardware, we’ll do our utmost to support it — but we can’t be held liable if it fails. We’ll always assist you in finding a practical solution within our supported offerings.
8. Liability Limits
If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service during the month the issue occurred. We’re not liable for lost business, data, or revenue — but our goal is always to help you get back on track.
9. Legal Stuff
These Terms adhere to the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any legal disputes must be handled in Mississippi courts.
10. Reaching Us

11. Compliance Support
We frequently support businesses in regulated industries — including but not limited to healthcare, retail, and finance — by offering services that comply with industry best practices and assisting with technical safeguards. However, we don’t certify compliance ourselves. If you have specific compliance-related needs (like HIPAA reporting or documentation), those must be clearly listed and agreed to in your Service Order.
