Licensing is included. The first year comes with your equipment purchase. After that, your monthly fee covers it. If a firewall fails, we handle it. We replace it through the manufacturer's warranty for as long as that model is supported, and we deal with the warranty claim so you don't have to. Call us about anything IT. How monitoring and support work

Your internet, your call

We don’t sell internet service. We help you choose the right setup. That might be one line built as well as it can be, or a backup line for when the main line drops. We explain the trade-offs plainly.

What you can expect

A network that’s watched all the time. Automated checks run every 30 minutes, day and night, and alerts go straight to our team.
A person on it during support hours. During Mon–Fri 7 AM–8 PM Central, a person reviews each alert.
Backup that’s tested. Where you have a backup line, we check that it’s actually working and tell you when it’s carrying the load.
One owner for every problem. Each issue stays on our list until it’s fixed, and we review what’s open every weekday morning.
No surprises on paper. Month to month, pricing in your written plan, and equipment ownership spelled out in your service order.

How onboarding works

Conversation. We learn how your business runs, your locations and what’s getting in the way. Photos or a short video of your current setup help. Allow about 30 minutes.
Written plan and quote. You get a design for each location, what we’ll manage and the price, all in writing.
Setup. We configure your equipment for each location before anyone arrives on site.
Installation. Field partners we coordinate do the on-site work, scheduled around your hours, with after-hours installs available on request.
Handoff to ongoing management. We confirm everything works, turn on monitoring, and run the network from then on. Typical time from signed plan to running network: within a few weeks.

Plain terms

Month to month, with no long-term contract unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your service order spells out who owns the equipment.
Pricing comes with your written plan and quote.
